Nonlinear Pharmacokinetics
Nonlinear pharmacokinetics refers to situations where the pharmacokinetic parameters of a drug do not change proportionally with the dose. This is in contrast to linear pharmacokinetics, where the pharmacokinetic parameters (such as clearance, volume of distribution, and half-life) remain constant and the drug’s concentration in the body changes proportionally with the dose.
